Putting Valleys People at the Heart of Tourism

23,160 - 25,200 per annum (fixed term to March 2012)

Each of the posts will be hosted by an organisation within the Valleys Partnership and will have both a territorial (west, central, east Valleys) and a thematic area of responsibility. The themes are:

Advising on and developing a best practice guide to support the organisation of events

Advising on and developing a best practice guide for the development and delivery of community tourism projects

Identifying and supporting the tourism training needs of individuals and community groups

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (3 days per week)

Helping deliver Valleys 'Heart and Soul'

12,000 - 13,000 per annum (fixed term to March 2012)

Based with Capital Region Tourism the post is responsible for the effective administration of the community tourism elements of the Valleys Regional Park project including liasing with project sponsors, recording monitoring information, preparing claims and reporting on progress.
