Over forty partners are involved in the partnership to deliver environmental, heritage and tourism activities in a more effective, collaborative approach, both cross- sector and cross- boundary, towards a regional vision.

. Valleys Partnership Strategic Group
The strategic and policy direction, as well as overall management of the partnership is provided by the strategic group.

. Valleys Partnership Implementation Group
Delivery of funded projects is undertaken and monitored by the implementation group.

. Valleys Partnership Subgroups
Specific subgroups exist to provide strategic, planning and implementation advice and guidance for the partnership and its projects in order to maximise the benefits of the partnership and its funding.

. Th e Valleys Partnership Management Team is responsible for the daily function and management of the partnership's activities.
