PROJECT OVERVIEW
A Green Flag country park, Parc Taf Bargoed is a hidden gem.
Situated in the Taf Bargoed Valley between Trelewis, Treharris and Bedlinog, the former colliery site has been regenerated as a haven for wildlife and a centre for community activities.
The project has improved the second-busiest yet low-quality and over-engineered entrance to Parc Taf Bargoed as well as the gateway for pedestrians and cyclists (and other users) linking Treharris with Parc Taf Bargoed.
