The Valleys Regional Park
Parc Rhanbarthol y Cymoedd
The 300 acre Parc Slip Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve with its Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre has something from wildlife enthusiasts through to safe areas for families to discover and enjoy nature with well-maintained traffic-free cycle tracks and accessible paths on the Nature Reserve for wheelchairs, walking sticks and for those with sight problems. The Centre and Coffee Shop are fully accessible.
The main aim was to improve the visitor centre and to create new interpretation at the site along with a new Discovery Room and Coffee Shop to improve the visitor experience.
The new facilities were completed in May 2013 and opened by First Minister, Carwyn Jones, AM.
